With the arrival of summer, our pastry shop is ready to welcome a sweet new addition: the production of artisanal ice cream, made every day with selected ingredients and meticulous preparation, in full respect of Italian tradition.

With spring and summer in sight, we're finalizing preparations to offer a line of flavors that combines timeless classicswith fresh, creative seasonal offerings. From velvety creams like pistachio, hazelnut, and vanilla, to fruit flavors made with fresh, seasonal ingredients, each recipe is born from a careful search for quality and flavor.

Our artisanal gelato will be produced in small batches, ensuring freshness, creaminess, and an authentic experience with every bite. We will also pay close attention to dietary requirements: we will also offer lactose-free options and water-based flavors, light and natural.

For us, this new production represents a natural evolution of our journey, which has always focused on passion, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
