A bit of history


We are Claudio, CEO and entrepreneur, born into a family of restaurant entrepreneurs, and Alessandro, a young Neapolitan chef with a talent for transforming simple ingredients into small works of art. Together, we created CircumCafè .

Our mission is to bring flavor, creativity, and traditionto every dessert we prepare. Claudio combines his entrepreneurial experience and knowledge of the restaurant world with his strategic pastry-making vision, while Alessandro brings the recipes to life, combining classic techniques with a modern, creative twist typical of his native Naples.

Every cake, cookie, or dessert that leaves our bakery tells our story: a blend of experience, passion, and the desire to amaze those who taste our products. We believe in artisanal quality, select ingredients, and the attention to detail that makes every dessert unique.
